Onboarding is a 5-step setup you complete once. When you finish, MYTH saves your preferences, activates your markets, and sends you to the Dashboard. You can change every choice later — existing trades stay valid.
The 5 steps
1. Trade columns
Mandatory columns are always on and cannot be removed. Turn recommended columns on or off (for example MSS or liquidity context), and add your own custom columns (label, type, required flag, options).
2. Markets
Pick the markets you actively trade, grouped by category (Forex, Indices, Commodities, Crypto, Stocks). Your selection activates those markets and scopes the next news step.
3. Session setup
Choose your primary session dimension (Liquidity, Setup, a recommended column, or a custom column). Required session fields are fixed: Session name, Market, Start Date, End Date.
4. News configuration
Choose detailed fundamentals mode (actual / forecast / previous) or simple result mode. Use the recommended configuration, or select events market by market.
5. Review and finish
Check your columns, markets, news mode, and custom columns, then click Finish setup.
Changing things later
You can adjust your columns, market activation, and news rules at any time from their settings — for example news rules live on the News Configuration page. Your existing trades stay valid; changes apply to future entries and analysis.
Tip: configure what you actually use in your routine, not every option. You can always add more later.
